In 2011 we have been humbled and honored to be able support a number of local and national service organizations and ministries. Here are a list of several excellent organizations we have the privilege to support:
Emergency Shut-down Valves - We recently completed a project for a customer requiring several 2" - 8" 600# ANSI class hydrocarbon emergency shut-down ball valves with API, Atex, PED and SIL certifications. Some of the valves required a partial stroke testing feature and all required quick closure. Product supplied = KF Industries P3 ball valves, Rotork GP and CP pneumatic actuator, Thompson solenoid valves and Topworx and Westlock position feedback devices. The project contract was accepted with a 16 week lead time and all of the assemblies were completed, functionally tested and crated within the 16 week commitment.
June 2008 - Purchase of a new SHARP high speed lathe for precision coupler manufacture.
March 2007 - Installation of a 30' X 60' 4 ton bridge crane system in our main assembly floor was completed in March 07'. Combined with two Harrington 2 ton electric winches, this system will allow NCC to safely and efficiently move large valve assemblies, machinery and crates throughout the assembly area. The benefit to our customers will be our ability to move large valve and valve automation assemblies with minimal operator effort and minimal stress to the valve assemblies.

June 2006 - We continue to look for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of our automation center. One of our recent improvements was the purchase and implementation of a new hydrostatic test stand. The test stand has the ability to test 1" - 10" ANSI class 150#-300# and 1" - 8" ANSI class 600#. This stand allows us to quickly and accurately hydro., seat leak and packing leak test our automated valve assemblies.
